It was to see if the goal had been reached in the last world search and well, that came out, I thought the goal had not been reached, but apparently it's a mistake.

Sorry for the inconvenience as well as the delay.

 

This is a known bug and has been fixed. You should have gotten the ticket now if you've donated 0.5% of the total IV's needed, which was 900.
