what my screen shoot didnt sent out i did some stealth rock and spike to a boss and it kinda bugged the fight was limitless i had to dc and cd start again it was loreli boss in jhoto

If you disconnect in a boss battle, you need to wait for the cooldown period of that boss before battling again.

The bosses can be fought immediately again if the server crashes but not if you dc

I am really sorry for the inconvenience and I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but sadly we can not refund cooldowns since it would be unfair to other players who had the same issue and didn't report it. Also there is no way for us to proof what caused it and if it was caused by a Server Crash you should be able to rebattle him immediatly. I am again sorry I can't give you any better news and I really hope you understand that if we did refund without proof some people would start to abuse it.
