hello,firstly i say sorry for this type of message actually i was playing in sinnoh and i dont want to evolve my chimchar but my brother incidently evolved chimchar but i want chimchar so can you pls change my monferno into chimchar

Sorry for the inconvenience but sadly we can not de-evolve Pokes since we are lacking the Tools for that. So I am afraid there is nothing I can do for you :-/ You can catch a new one from the following places though:
