I've heard that you can't find certain rares unless you're a member and I'm trying to figure out if that's a myth.. Edit: As soon as I post this, it shows member benefits post in the similar posts section.. Facepalm. So I'm able to find Shinx just outside of Pallet town if I'm not a member correct? Someone kept saying that you need to be members to find Shinx outside of Pallet town...
