I was in the area to catch bugs, barely 5 minutes passed and I was removed from the game and even transported to my previous region. I spent money to go, to come back and they didn't let me enter the area again: c

I am sorry for the inconvenience. What you experienced was either a Server Crash or a disconnection from your internet. Thus, the Bug Catching Contest ended for you and you were sent to your previous PokeCenter. As iceflake already explained, you most likely took the Route from Olivine City to Goldenrod City by bike, that's how you ended up in Hoenn again. Unforunately, we can not do anything about the money and time you lost in the process. I hope you have a nice day regardless of what happened.
