So i'm in the seafoam caves leveling for Giovanni,E4, etc and i realized i'm missing one pokemon on the 1st floor, so i did some snooping on google to find out what it was, and now im obsessed. I've spent a total of almost 2 hours trying to find this Absol. No dice. so i was wondering is there some special specification like does it come out at night or etc etc, your comments are appreciated ;D

Absol is from Hoenn. As far as I remember Hoenn has yet to be released hence why you cannot find him.
