I am afraid you will have to pay that money. The Bike is either 60k or 40k + a Ditto. So the Ditto is only the option for a small Discount but it won't be free. I hope that helped.

No, cause you don't need to pay any real money. It just means that it's an MMO and there need to be some money sinks to keep people grinding and playing.

 

You can just do Officer Jenny Quests or Digspots to get the money.
