I don't recognize any change about disable, what changed about it? I know it works as intended now, but what does that mean? I don't see any difference to before.

Is it in combination with other moves?

Apparently before if you had a move disabled and you clicked it, the move would go off and say “But it failed!” so you’d lose a turn. Now you get a prompt message warning the move is disabled so you have to pick another action. It was also corrected an edge case regarding the combination of Taunt + Disable on a non attacking move which would make the pokemon Struggle even if it had an attacking move on its moveset. I hope that helped to clear things up :-)
