I was in a pokemon center after wining versus lorelei, when the server crush. i Reopen the game and notice that my lapras mount that she gave me for the reward dissapeared from my inventory. I returned to the cave and she wasn't reset or anything, so the boss counted as done.

I wanted the mount for a gift and battle hard for it, i will wait for your answer.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but sadly we can not refund that item since it would unfair to other players who encountered the same Problem and did not report it. It's also stated here:

 

 

Again I am sorry there is nothing else I can do for you, but give you some advise: Be sure to always relog (or use /save) for force save your Progress after catching a great Poke you don't want to lose or whenever you get any Items you like to keep cause sadly crashes can always happen :-/
