my quest bugged when i went to deliver the pokemon to get the tornadus, i already did the whole quest and it just needs to get from the three legends, the jirachi just tells me to get more time.

You need a poke with storm drain ability with 100+ IVs ( Need to be OT ) to catch tornados. Do you have it?
