PvP Rule clarification: alternative accounts

Can someone clarify the rule regard alternative accounts on ranked PvP:

6. You can use only 2 of your own accounts to PvP within each season.

 

Is that 2 accounts across both servers, or 2 accounts on each? Is it allowed to play ranked PvP with PlayerA on silver, PlayerB on silver, PlayerA on gold, and PlayerB on gold?

Gold and Silver have a separate ladder, so in theory you can have 2 accounts in Gold's ladder and the same 2 accounts in Silver's Ladder. Or even 2 accounts in Gold's ladder and 2 different accounts in Silver's ladder. However that is the limit, you cannot have more than 2 accounts in ladder per server, the moment you enter PvP with a 3rd account you would be risking a punishment as listed in the Public Punishment Policy:

  PUNISHMENTS : PvP Bans, Mute Bans, Temp Bans, Perm Ban, Rating reset, PvP Coin resets and Tournament Bans
   
   
  
• Abuse of Bugged Moves & Breaking PvP Rules.
  
• Illegitimate Rank Boosting.
  
• Using more than two alternate Accounts in the Ranked Ladder.
  
• Having Alternate Accounts on the End-Of-Season Top 25.
  

This is due to the PvP Rules applying separately on each server. Hope this helps!
