Bug in Celadon City

Hi, I accidently checked what was behind the team rocket grunt after making him go away. (First I had to beat Giovanni)

 

I walked and something blocked the way where the arrow is located in this screenshot. I know it probably is a small bug, but i still wanted to report this, since it looks like nothing should block that position, but you get blocked and have to walk beside it to pass.

 

Hope this will be considered to be improved.
