I am sorry, but sadly we can not de-evolve Pokes since we are lacking the Tools for that.

Hi Gm , I am doing my mega quest on venusaur ,and i forget to let professor see my poke first ,so i went evolve.. so i have a problem that professor dont accept my venusaur becaose i evolve it ,so i am hoping you cant help me recover my data 1 hr and 7minutes ago :)
