I catch bulbasure for oak quest ,I show my bulbasure to oak , than it tall train it , I click on wrong button and I go to train my bulbasure

And I evolved it into venusaur but I go back to oak it tall that (show in pic)

Sorry for the inconvenience.

As i could see your venusaur is invalid for the quest, and you will need to get a new one because the one you already have is too old and would be invalid.
