I do not know if anyone else notice but when Nurse Joy is saying "Good Bye" she would say the wrong day of time. It would be night outside but she would say "Have a nice morning!". I'm not too sure abut her greeting, if it also happen there because I just skip thru the dialogs

113120 you have to think, technically it's morning any time from 00:01 in real life, so generally it isn't wrong.

 

Like what Sparkly said, we have decided the time to be like this:

00:00 - 05:59 = morning

06:00 - 11:59 = day

12:00 - 17:59 = afternoon

18:00 - 23:59 = evening

 

So.. it is not a bug. However, we appreciate your report. Keep up the good work and have a nice day~
