It was my first time using a reroll ticket and i got a pretty good landorus. I thought you used it once and then it was asking if i wanted to use another one, i didnt read properly. So i clicked no and lost my roll. Is there any way to check the log and get the rolls i got? Here is the print from what i currently have (original rolls). Thank you.

I am super sorry, but I am afraid we can not refund that IVs or the Reroll Ticket :-/ It would be unfair to all the players who had the same issue and didn't report it. Also there are no logs for that, so we wouldn't even be able to. I hope you understand and I am again sorry there is nothing else I can do for you.
