Iwant to star cresselia quest..when i was start the NPC nezuko said (thx for helping me..) bit i didnt star the quest.. so pls help to fix this

How far in the Quest are you? Did you do all the steps you need to do before talking to Nezuko? You can find the Guide for the Quest here. Please check if you maybe forgot one step or something :-)

From the start the quest prof. Rowan said i need to go to fullmoon island and the sailor can take me there..then when i go to the sailor..its nothing happen...thats happen in my lockon14 account

So you talked to Prof. Rowan, then you beat the Rocket Grunts next to the Sailor and talked to Nezukos Mom? Can you provide me Screenshot of what the Sailor says when you talk to him?

Is it possible that you already started that Quest some time ago and don't remember? Cause your Variable say that you already battled the Gengar so the next step would be that one:

 

 

Could you check if that Poke is there for you and let me know? Otherwise we have to look what else we can do.

That i remember,before i heard the quest about cresselia..i saw a gengar in mt.coronet...i battle the gengar because i was so surprised,what are the gengar doing there

 

So you mean that gengar i saw before is part of a quest...im so sorry i didn't knows

Sorry it took so long, but the Quest was now reset for you. I am afraid you will have to talk to Prof. Rowan again to start it. But then you should be able to proceed and finally get your Cresselia :-) Good luck with Nature and IVs ;-) I'd appreciate it if you would let me know if everything is working.
