Merge button is missing in dashboard

Hello , i was playing Pokemon PRO 2 years ago , and today when i tried to enter my server was gone . I found the topic for the merge button in dashboard but as i entered my dashboard i cannot find this button anywhere. At the server transfer tab there a message saying "You have to merge your Red and Blue accounts before you are able to transfer." . so i guess my data is not lost. 

The thing is i cannot find the merge button , what should i do?

 

I was playing in blue server as Asunaa if i remembered correctly . When i entered today i created accidentally a player in Gold server with the same name . i dont know if it has something to do i just writing what i did.

It was an error from our side, please refresh the website with with CTRL + F5 and it should show you the merge pop up.
