I got a problem since more than 1 month now. My character, others players ans NPCs are all invisible. I already tired to delete the software and redownload several times but it never worked. My name in the game is Benwarrior. Someone can help me fixing this bug please ? ty

Could you tell me what iOS system you use? and if it's possible to update it? 

Also is anything else effected? or just your character?

I am using OS X El Captain Version 10.11.6

I can update it but it takes 8 hours to finish.

I played the game finding shadows to find the NPC's and Pokemon.

Hello, 

 

The current client is optimized for the newer version OS that came out and El Capitan doesn't belong in that list, since it was released a while ago. 

Updating your OS should solve the issue in this case.

it worked. 😄 I upgraded my Mac software to Mojave and it worked thanks for the help
