I was battling Oak boss and used counter with my Wobbuffet while Dragonite used Outrage. The outrage did about 300 hp worth of damage and Dragonite survived the counter damage.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, this Multiscale issue is known, halving the damage taken from Counter and Mirror Coat. Unfortunately I cannot give a fix ETA but the Developers are aware of it.
