To be able to enter the castle again, you will need to defeat Horon at Dark Alley, which is North from Necropolis, without having a single Pokemon faint. The issue has been fixed and you should be able to interact with Alucard at Alucard's Castle 3F, considering you've defeated Horon without having a single Pokemon faint.
