I complete all event quests. And I left the event map. I was wandering in the Kanto and collecting happiness with my level 100 6x pokemons. I used escape rope. To return to the city of Vermileon. But the game threw me into the area where we switched to the gengarite mission. My pokemon disappeared when I got back from there. They are not on the computer. They didn't come back. I try relog....

As for your Pokemon, they have been restored and should be in the last slot of your PC.
