Just wondering, because its not in the original 150. ?

I haven't seen one there but I seen a few in the patch of grass to the left of the bridge in cerulean

The trainer in the forest in the top right had one, was just confused.

PRO Covers most of the pokemon from the first generation, all the way to the newest generation. You will find NPC's with pokemon from generations past the current region you are in.
