I'm sorry to inform you this, but I checked your account's database and found out that you had at least failed once doing the Dark Realm quest 😞

A little note that in order to receive a IV locked reroll chance, you should finish the Dark Realm quest without failing.

So, it would be hard for us to further help you on this issue.
