Even though my internet connection is not disconnected, I drop out of the game and lose points. I'm dropping out of the game, I lose 3 games when I should have lost 1 game and these problems never end, I can't play a ranking match, I can't progress in points even if I play. When can I get the pokemon?

I've had this problem before. I bought 2 shiny stones for 92 level togetic. Then I evolved with rare candy. When I was 100 levels togekiss, I quit the game, but when I entered the game again, I saw that there was 92 levels togetic and I found 2 shiny stones and 8 rare candy lost. Please help I've had the same problem when I wanted to evolve togetic before.
