Add Guzzlord as Catchable, Under the 600 stat point limit for legendaries

Hi there!

I thought I would recommend Guzzlord as a new quest poke, since his stats are under the 600 stat limit at only 570, and he's one of my favorite pokemon. I would love to see him in game.

As much as I love guzzlord because he looks sick, it'll probably have to wait until other pokes are released
