Boss Difficulty On Legendary Birds Quest

So I have attempted this quest over 30 times now. I have tried every damn team possible to beat the 2nd last boss and then the 2 legend birds Moltres and Zapdos. 

Since you do not get a heal after the boss fight you are left with a fairly weak team and cant heal in between . 

I have been able to do every single boss on hard difficulty in this game without a problem with these new updates to the crit system. 

Now this is a whole other level of dumb. There are pretty much only 2 or 3 ways people fight bosses and thats lately, with 5 Sharpedos and a chansey or something. 

or 5 Raticates with endeavor and quick attack with a chansey or with a typical baton pass team which does not do well anymore with the new crit system. 

 

Anyways I would really like to bring this issue up to new players trying to catch the legendary birds. 

Please have a mod or someone go through that quest and attempt to beat it. I have tried and my guild Black Sword have tried to help me endlessy and we are at a loss for words with this.

 

I am sure it is beatable somehow someway or another. But this massive change to the crit system without tweeking this specific boss should definitley be looked at.  

 

I would never write if I didnt think it was an issue. I truly have tried every strategy and even asked my guild and help, all chat for ideas.

 

Just someone go try to complete the last 2 bosses on the quest and please tell me how you did it or if you agree that it is rather insane to beat without healing or something. With the new system your forced to play a certain way and now im getting punished for it. And when I do try other strategies they are beyond hopeless compared to the other strategies a majority of this player base uses for bosses as I mentioned above. 

 

Please any help on this would be great, this is the only legend quest I have remaining and Im just trying to catch a damn zapdos. This is the only time in the game where i truly feel like it is way too difficult with the updates you made. Please advise.

Hey there!

 

I am sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. From what I understood, you already managed to beat Lawrence IV, is that correct? What you are having a difficult time with is the battle after that, against Zapdos and Moltres. In order to beat them, the easiest way is using a Chansey with an Eviolite on it with the following moves: Softboiled, Toxic, Seismic Toss

 

Use Toxic against Zapdos and Moltres and heal up using Softboiled when you are at low HP. Please let me know if this strategy is working for you. Have a nice day.
