Hey there @Daniel0405, In order to battle Boss Lance, you'll need a team of level 100 pokemon like @Niuniu said. You can find this information here: Boss Lance Lance is the only NPC staying in Dragons Den B1F. As such it is necessary to complete a serie of requirements in order to enter the room: Speak to the police officer in front of the Cerulean Cave. Pay 200k for the Dragon Membership in Blackthorn City's Dragon Club. Obtain 240 Pokédex caught data and retrieve the Dragon Medallion from Blackthorn City's Dragon Club. Defeat the Dragonite blocking the path in Dragons Den B1F. Afterwards, Lance will challenge the player given that he or she has a full party of 6 level 100 Pokémons. If Lance wins, he will have no cooldown and can be immediately fought again. He cannot be rechallenged after winning against him however If you are still needing help, please let me know. Hey there @Sugarh3artz, You are allowed 4 accounts per person that means you and your brother can both make 4 accounts. You can find the game rules here: Overall Game Rules 2. Each person is allowed a maximum of four owned accounts. This includes, but is not limited to: Any account created counts towards your 4 total, not just active ones. 0 hours, 0 badges, never played on? They count. Received accounts, count towards your total. Given away accounts, do not count towards your total anymore. Received/Given away only count if you changed the password/email of said account otherwise it still belongs to the original creator Exploiting more than 4 allowed accounts in order to gain mass profit or frequently gaining large amounts of income. If someone has quit PRO and gave their account to you, take anything you want at once and stop using it only if you already own 4 accounts. Be aware doing this may trigger a ban in which you will need to appeal and provide proper evidence of the account being given to you. (Example: Having the password of more than 4 accounts you received by people who are inactive in order to fight bosses, doing PvE quests to receive rewards, or progressing during a Special Event in order to receive one time rewards such as Reroll Tickets, etc...) With that said, as to your second question you are allowed to create a new account if you are banned, it does not count towards your number of accounts you have/had. Hey there @Sravanzero, Sorry for the inconvenience, Unfortunately, once you've reached the max amount x999 for an item you will no longer be able to gain anymore items till after you've used some of those items, until then you wont be able to gain anymore. So unfortunately, we can't return those rare candies you lost as it would also be unfair for the other players who did the same. Best way to not have this happen is to trade some to another account you have so you can gain more. I know this is not the answer you're wanting and I do apologize, but there is nothing we can do. Hey there @Daniel0405, In order to evolve Feebas to Milotic, you'll need the Prism Scale which can be found digging/smashing crystals on Love Island. You'll need 120 caught pokemon from the Kanto Region with 38 evolved pokemon. Talk to the Love sailor in the Vermillion port to sail to the Island. If you're still having trouble please let me know. Hey there @Sravanzero, Sorry for the inconvenience, Unfortunately you had to submit your caught OT Zorua and talk to the Elf NPC before the event ended. I have checked and looked and you were not logged on before it ended and so we can’t change your pokemons form. You were also giving many chances to start on the 4th to maximize your time and also announcements made on the PRO Discord server to inform and remind you about when to change your Zoruas form. Sorry, I know this is not the answer you want truly but we can’t do that as it wouldn’t be fair others who did the same. Kind regards, Duraludon
