Hi I have spent real cash on this game and was planing on doing more, how ever tonight at 2:35am I got 5 pp ups for 10k each had 180k and after I had 130k, I used the pp ups and logged out to save the game in case of a roll back . when I logged in I still had 130k and no pp ups but my moves were back to to 25 and 35 the pp ups did not work.

My in game name in arkness and if you look at player logs you can see I had these item and used them and they did not work and now IM out of 50k.... this is not cool and I would like my 50k, or the 5 pp ups back plz. You should be able to see all of these n player logs.

It is not cool to , as this is 2ed time I had pp ups do this to me and im am Very the 1st time was with a dc and roll back I lost 3 but on roll back I no aim just out of luck hover this was not a roll back and server is still online now at 2:47 am est and this happen at 2:35am est.

And even if , for some dumb reason, you guys dont keep player logs I have some done some reports and other players offering me some bad things and should show Im a honest player, and I have done noting but help players out from the 1st day I have played this game, so for some reason you dont have player logs , I should of at lest dont thing to help so Im not lieing its not like I saying I spent 1mil , It was 50k but its still 50k or 5 pp ups I am out and its not cool.

We can't refund you anything lost due to bugs, sorry for the inconvenience. However, we'll have a look into this bug, thank you for reporting it.
