OFFICIAL PRO Guild PVP Tournament

Hello everyone and welcome to the first Official PRO Guild Tournament. 
 
This year was really important to PRO's PvP Scene. A lot of important Legendary Pokemon have been released, as well as the addition of the first Mega Evolutions. Additonally, Pokemon like Mimiyku and Ash-Greninja saw their debut. Furthermore, Developers fixed old bugs and added a lot of new moves and abilities. 
 
Therefore, we want to create the first cross-server PvP event that is exclusively hosted within PRO's surroundings: The PvP Guild Tournament! 
The Guild Tournament is a PvP Event with a double-elimination bracket where Guilds fight each other by choosing six members of their guild as well as two optional substitutes. The brackets can be found on Challonge and the tournament will take place in PRO's Test Server.
 
The reasons of why we decided to host it on the Test Server are the following:
- Option of hosting the first cross-server Tournament within PRO's environment
- Logs of every match being played
- Same chances for everyone: Every participant will have access to the same Pokemon, provided by the Admin Team
- Making the first step towards an autonomous PvP environment

1. Double Elimination Brackets.
   • Hosted on https://challonge.com/.
   • Seeding will be determined randomly via stream after sign up is over.
   • In the event of uneven brackets, some guilds may receive "Byes" from the first round.
2. Before the start of every Round, Guild Leaders will PM @Keita 6 members accompanied by a number 1 through 6. Keita will then announce the match ups based on the lists submitted.- All matches will be best of 3.
3. Guilds with the most wins after all matches have been played will advance to the next round.
   • In the event of a tie, Guild Leaders will PM @Keita the 3 winners accompanied by a number 1 through 3. @Keita will then announce the matchups based on the lists submitted. All tiebreaker matches will be best of 1.
4. In the Grand Finals, the losers bracket finalist will enter with a 0-1 disadvantage, meaning it must win two 6v6's in order to be the champion while the winner bracket finalist only needs to win one 6v6.

Rules

---

1. All participants must follow #server-rules.
2. All games will be played on PRO Test Server, available to log in through the PRO Client.
   • PRO Ranked PvP Rules from the start of the tournament.
   • Newly added Pokemon, items, moves, or abilities after the start of the tournament won't be allowed.
   • If you are unsure of rules at the time of your match, please ask @Keita.
3. All participants must remain in this discord and change their nickname to their PRO Username.
4. Guild Leaders may replace a member of their main roster with a substitute for whatever reason.
5. The substitution must take place before the start of the guild's next round and clarified to Keita via PM.

Timeframe

1. Final day to sign up is 16th November at 23:59 GMT +0.
2. Tournament will start 19th November at 23:59 GMT +0.
3. Participants will have X days to complete their matches from each round.
   • In the event of a need for tiebreakers, participants will have X days to complete those matches.

First of all, join the Discord by clicking the box here below!

 

 

 

1. Join the discord and make your Guild Leader type in the #registration channel.
   • Once written, I (Keita) will read it as soon as I am at PC and will proceed in contacting you for the fee payment
2. Entry fee of 300k to be paid by the Guild Leader to @Keita.
   1. - Once paid, the Guild Leader will have access to #participants-list-submit.
3. List 6 members and 2 subs in #participants-list-submit.
   • Member list should include the participant's PRO Username and Discord Tag.
   • Member list can be updated until the start of the tournament.
   • Substitutes are optional.
4. Participants are allowed to request custom spawned Pokemon in the Test Server.
   • All requests should be sent in #submit-spawned-pokemon following the pinned layout.
   • No new Pokemon will be spawned after the start of the tournament.
5. Final day to sign up is 16th November at 23:59 GMT +0.

- 2x NPC reroll with one IV locked for legendaries for everyone in the winning guild that played at least one match, not transfer-/sellable, has to be used within 30 days.
- A portion of the entry fee

Second Place
- 30 PvP Coins for everyone in the second place that played at least one match.
