For some reason I don't know, I can do the Celadon Quest without cooldown, and the same thing happened to another member of my guild. The only thing we found in common was that I activated the second quest for having MS and my MS ended without delivering the poke, after delivering it she let me do the quest again.

 

Yeah same with me but to me it happen when i activated the ms by doing the first task. We gonna keep doing 2 by day as is intended until we have an answer if this has to be this way or is a new bug. Thanks
