Hello.

I've caught over 500 Bulbasaur right now. Never seen shiny or halloween form (which I'm after).
The event ends in 4 hours so could you, please, increase the event form chance a bit so I can get the Bulba I seek for?

I am really sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately that is not something we can do. The only option is that you can buy one from another player or wait for the next Halloween event where the forms might be encounterable again. I hope this helped you with your concern. Best of luck for the last remaining hours, maybe you'll get one!
