Talk to the Nurse Joy that you are literally standing three feet from and you'll get the joke. Muffet Posted March 12, 2016 Share Posted March 12, 2016 As Evolite says, a lot of people think this is a bug, it's why talking to NPCs should always be done, you see jokes, understand the story and it generally helps show you where you should be going, this is one of those moments since it's basically a "fourth wall-esque joke.
