As was said above, please remember the game is in beta and rollbacks can occur at any time, in the future, the best thing to do is whenever you get a good pokemon/reach a good milestone, log out and log back in. Yes, there may be a queue to get back in, but it's much better than the server crashing and you losing your hard work.

Usually this is an issue that concerns your IP address; either the system thinks you're using a proxy (or you are using one) or it's IP banned from that address. There are several ways you can try rectify the issue: 1) Try resetting your router, wait for 20-30 seconds and the turn it back on, it should give you a new IP which could work. 2) You can flush your DNS, to do this follow the small guide below: Click Start. Enter cmd in the Start menu search text box. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator. Run the following command: ipconfig /flushdns. 3) Using a VPN can also work, but this costs money. Hope this helps!

As said, this isn't a bug and is based around the event pokemon "surfing pikachu" (also found in card variety, though it's on a surfboard). In addition, such things are not uncommon! Pikachu is not "pure electricity" but more a "mouse that can produce electricity". Other examples of some strange things are that scyther can't learn fly yet tiny birds like spearow and pidgey can. Mawile can learn flamethrower, Aggron can learn ice beam. Finally Rhydon (yes, a rock/ground type) can also learn surf.

sometimes it can take a while for the link to work, try again in around 24 hours. Alternatively you could also try creating another account using the same email but a different username, this might work. Hope this helps!

As has been said already, a lot of "lower key" email providers don't receive the emails, the most reliable is gmail followed by hotmail, unfortunately you won't be able to keep your username, but at least you'll be able to play; hope this helps!

You must always relog for both coins and membership to activate, unfortunately it's not a realtime thing. Topic locked since it seems you know already.

From what it sounds like, unless you were VERY new, a rollback of that calibre would not have occurred; ensure you're logging in to the correct server as both Blue and Red are different "save files" as you may. So try logging on to the other server to see if it has actually wiped it or not.

Wow you're replies on these forums are extremely rude and unhelpful are there no useful and kind admins/ Community coordinators on? I'd like to point out that the answers LaFleur has given are both accurate and the answer that is fully intended. Just because it's not the answer the original poster was looking for does not make the answer rude or disrespectful. Sometimes the answer is not the one we were hoping for, but it's still the answer nontheless. I'd also request you to refrain from posting to simply call out other members; this is the support forum, where we try to answer questions; this question has been answered and there is no need for further input.
