I cant load into the prof rowan's lab when i try. To load it stop and take me back to the front

When you try to enter the laboratory, does an error message pop up? Or are you completely frozen in place? In a loading screen?

It starts loading then puts me back in front of the lab

Could you answer these questions so as to help you out?

 

1.- Where in the Laboratory does the "loading" appear? In the entrance? In what part?

2.- When you are teleported, are you teleported outside of the lab or inside?

3.- Have you completed Sinnoh's Story, or are you in Sinnoh beating the different Gyms?

1.- i try going inside but it stop loading

2.- i don't teleport it starts to teleport then it stops.

3.-im done with the story and gyms i want mega Garchomp.

Thank you for your answers. Does this happen always, every single time that you try going inside?

 

Does this happen after you restart your entire client? If it does, could you try removing all your PRO related files and reinstalling the client, then trying to enter Rowan's Lab?

I tried deleting it and reinstalling it I tried restarting Pro multiple times as well

Does this happen in other places too? In other areas, maps, cities, or houses?
