I woukd like if you could reset the progression of my account on both servers, if not possible then delete it so I can remake it.

 

I sent a mail to the support almost 2 weeks ago without any answer.

 

P.S: I was advised to make a second account on the discord but I want to have the same name.

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering Account Resetting services at the moment.

Sometimes, these services are open. These will be announced in the Official PRO Discord Server's #announcements channel.

 

You can also create up to four accounts and you'll be able to replay the story on them, but you will need a new name as the one you want is currently taken by the account you are making the post with, I'm afraid. Keep in mind four is the maximum possible accounts you can have, according to PRO Rules.
