To piggy back on Kanmuruu's answer, you can create the guild at a house in Saffron City after you have met the requirements.

You can make a new guild by having the following: :Smile:

 

1. 100 hours in-game

2. 200k (In-game currency)

 

Once you have completed the following steps, make your way to Saffron city!

Go into the 2nd house east from the Pokemon Center and talk to the NPC! (Non-Playable Character)

He will ask you in you would like to create a guild! I hope this guide helped!

Ive seen mixed responses here but we just recently created one.[glow=red]It is 400k and 100 hours of gameplay[/glow]. You can find the guild house in Saffron
