On Route 21 to the right of Fisherman Nolan on coordinates X:21 Y: 73 Pet can be seen clipping through the tree

Thats not clipping, thats because youre on a mount. Those tiles are 32x32, and normal NPCs are 48x64 meaning their center offset doesnt exceed the tile width. Mounts however are 64x64. They are wider therefore extend further out.

 

The only way we could fix this issue is if we had 2 top layers, which we dont right now
