While trying to exchange my gyarados mount with the mega gyarados mount, I am not able to do so. I have both the mega stone and mount in inventory, and when I am on the screen to buy it, it shows up a message about not having enough pve coins when I select purchase for $400,000 (option 1). When I select cancel (option 4) it shows up a message about not having enough pve coins. When I select pay with pve coins (option 3) it shows up a message about not having enough pvp coins. When I select option 2, it exits out of the chat dialogue with Conrad.

Conrad should now check the correct currency for the selected payment method.

You should now able to mega evolve your mount now.
