However, upon further inspection, it appears that the Chansey spawn in Route 13 is rougher at night, because of additional nocturnal spawns like Oddish (Tier 1), Gloom (Tier 2), and Venomoth (Tier 3). Here are all the rarity tiers for that route: If you continue to farm Chansey in Route 13, you should be able to encounter some even at night.
