hi im currently hunting for a shiny chansey ive been looking for one for 4 days in route 13 cause it should spawn day and night but i never happend to get one in night time and i got many during day pls check if its a casuality or not <3

Thank you for your report. Chansey does, indeed, spawn there at all times. However, upon further inspection, it appears that the Chansey spawn in Route 13 is rougher at night, because of additional nocturnal spawns like Oddish (Tier 1), Gloom (Tier 2), and Venomoth (Tier 3). Here are all the rarity tiers for that route:

 

If you continue to farm Chansey in Route 13, you should be able to encounter some even at night.
