Maitreya Posted December 5, 2020 Share Posted December 5, 2020 Hi, I have not played PRO for several years but I was looking to get back into it somewhat. When I discovered it several years ago I had a lot of fun and put in a lot of hours. I was having trouble remembering my account name but luckily I guessed it correctly and was able to reset my password through my email. So here is my problem. I am still unable to login on the silver server as it continues to say that I have the wrong username or password. I am able to login on the gold server but I am prompted with the character creation menu for a new character. Is there something I have missed over the past 3 years or so? I spent a lot of time grinding to try and find some decent magmars so I am daring to hope that someone may be able to help me restore my account. To ensure you did all the steps properly, you will need to merge your account in the dashboard. Your Red and Blue server progress will be merged into Silver Server. If you have merged your account, you will only need to reset your password again in the dashboard and then you should be able to log in properly. If you still cannot log in to Silver Server, please let us know!
