i entered safari zone and the server crashed so i lost my 10k not the first time it happend

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, sometimes servers will briefly crash and players who are in Safari Zone will be kicked out from the instance. PRO is in a continuous development stage and sometimes crashes will occur.


I'm afraid we cannot refund back the spent money as it would be unfair towards other users who happened to go through the same issue. As an alternative to your problem, you can use the EV Free Zones that change according to the current PokeTime. You can read the forum thread to learn more about these zones.
