why u didnt use /save command or at least ss the poke id? now devs cant help u much

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as the pokemon was not caught and did not receive an ID nor was it stored in the database, we cannot recover it in any way. We sadly cannot provide a compensation as it would be unfair towards other users who happened to have the same issue in the past on a rollback or crash. I hope you can understand.
