Hi there , 

 

There's a bug that involves 3 letter usernames ingame , players are unable to pm usernames that have 3 letters in them , but can still use the command /pm nameofuser to contact the user , having this not fixed is a big inconvenience to those that have 3 letter Usernames , especially losing potential sales at trade chat as other user/s may seem that 3 letter Username Players have ignored them and/or pm are disabled which means , loss of a potential sale .
