Starter didn't evolve at its supposed level

Featured Replies

So my Starter charmander has just reached level 16. He did try to learn the move corresponding to that level, but after that, it did not trigger its evolution. Now I don't know if this is some kind of issue and don't want to have him gain any more levels until I'm sure on what to do so... Anyone cns help me with this?

Greetings, @Kaiserf11

My apologies for the inconvenience. The issue is currently known and being worked on. You can try the following steps:

-Log out, log in and level it up again
-Let it faint against a wild pokemon and then level it up again
-Use a Mysterious Candy. It can be bought in Celadon Department Store once you reach it for 5k pokedollars. This item will trigger a pokemon's evolution as long as their requirements are met (for example, a level 100 Charmander will be able to evolve through using this item, as it would be unable to evolve otherwise.

In the meantime, you can safely let it level up 🙂 unevolved pokemon need way less experience to level up and they powerlevel incredibly fast for story. There is no issue in training it further.

I hope you're enjoying your stay in PRO, and once again, our apologies for the trouble caused.

Kind regards,

Kvar
