Muffet Posted March 14, 2016 Share Posted March 14, 2016 EV and IV are a competitive element to the game which specifically heighten the power of pokemon if done correctly along with nature, to explain them would take a very long time, and Bulbapedia does it so much better so you can check out both IV and EV by clicking the respective links.
