Once I start the game, the loading bar stays stuck at the start and does not move. I have tried re-installing and restarting my computer it didn't work, please help. Btw I am on mac.

Probably locked since many people are posting about the same kind of thread. Anyway, try deleting your game and re downloading the client. If that doesn't work idk what will

try to restart the computer that I did and I worked

You did everything step by step? It worked for all players who had this problem. :confused:

Same, i start it up without internet. then when its loaded, re-connect to internet and login but its stayed at the logging in fade part for an hour now without a que

 

Had to do this four times for it to load the que :\ hopefully this helps

Here's another solution that someone posted ( Posted by Deathwand in Discord chat)

 

If you are able to get in game press "F2" and try typing clearmaps on the console
