I was battling Nikola boss to get my zapdos back, but the game suddenly crashed on me and i got kicked out to the login in screen. Now it says that i have to wait 22 days to battle him next time. But how is that fair when i cant control the game to not crash on me. Its really annoying to wait so long for something that wasent my own foult. And something thats not controleble. I hope i could get some help so that i can get another chance, and a reply as soon as possible. Thx 🙂

My apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot reset your boss cooldowns as it would be unfair towards other users who happened to go through the same issue in the past.

Nikola and other bosses were reworked so that when the servers crashed in the middle of the fight, the cooldowns would be reset so that players could fight them again.

 

As the issue was caused on your end, we regrettably cannot do anything to resolve it.
