As a result when I logged in I was at Survival Area Pokecenter with my trained Gyarados (+60 lvl). Hope there is a way to workaround this situation please. Our server provider is experiencing issues (As stated on our discord server) and unfortunately you might have experienced what are called "proxy crashes". Due to the on-going situation, we recommend not doing bosses, PvP or anything important overall since you might lose progress that cannot be refunded. I'm sorry to be the conveyor of bad news, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do for such cases. While I completely understand your frustration, it would be unfair to other players who went through similar issues and accepted their lost, whether the crash was on our end or not. As indicated in the following thread, you might lose some of the progress during a crash that results in rollback : Spoiler Once again I am sincerely sorry that we cannot do anything to help with your case. I would strongly recommend waiting until the servers are more stable to re-try the quest.
